It is unfortunate that dr. Christoforetti has to leave the Texas Health Orthopedic. I’m his patient and I got referral through VA, when I got call from them to make a appointment I was forced to go with Dr. Parker and I ask them I want to go Dr. Christoforetti and they said no only Dr. Parker accept VA referral and I don’t understand why I have to go Dr. Parker in the same time and I had an argument with manager who make my appointment and finally they told me OK you are able to go Dr. Christoforetti. Highly displeased with the level of care this doctor provided my mother. During her pre-surgery appointment it was evident that his candor and bed-side manor could use major improvement. He was unopen to receiving questions from my mother about her treatment and care. No real attention was given to formulating and delivering her diagnosis. Thankfully my mother sought out other options and medical advice so that she could receive the proper care and be pain free. Enormous respect and gratitude for Dr. Christoforetti and his entire office team. Dr. Christoforetti was thorough, precise, and caring in his explanations and meetings with me before and after surgery. The surgery was extensive on my left proximal hamstring tendons as one tendon was fully severed and another had major damage.
