We have experienced inconsistency with them providing lawn care in our backyard. Whenever they “forget” to do our backyard they say they will come back the next day and never do. When they do our backyard it is consistently poorly done. The grass is uneven and they leave grass everywhere. They are not detailed with their weed eating/ edging. When, after a month, their "fix" of my irrigation system began leaking like heck, they would not return my phone calls or messages. $550 later I learn that they fixed it wrong. They still have not returned my phone calls or messages.
