Bought a suburban this weekend from here and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at a dealership!! From the minute we walked in to be greeted with such respwct and courteous staff. Took a vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment, brought the vehicle in 10 minutes prior to the appointment. The greater had no record of it or prewrite ready, so he sent me over to a service writer to get RO writren. I was waiting for it as having worked in the automotive service indusrtry for well over 20 years, I knew the time it should take to complete. The "quick lube" was not busy. Completely trustworthy service department. If something is recommended then you know it is needed.
We bought a used Impala in the early spring from y'all, the buying experience was average but nice, the price was great. The car we bought was part of the certified program and the service has been outstanding. I would give the service department 10 stars if possible. They make us feel like like a million dollars when ever we take the car in and they follow up to ensure we were satisfied. We've bought several cars and never have had this level of service. This will be the first place we try when looking another vehicle.
