Emily LaBonte was fantastic to work with. My car of 12 years finally needed to be upgraded, and Emily made it so easy. She basically picked out one she knew I would like, I drove it, and that was it. At the same time, Emily helped my husband search for a car for him and tirelessly answered his questions and kept him updated as to what was available. She also went on numerous test drives �. Overall a fine experience at John Hiester. We had a small dispute in buying our new car, as an offer advertised online was claimed invalid even though it was still actively posted on the website. However, with a little back and forth, we managed to come to an agreement. Our salesman Fernando was very helpful and a definite positive from the process.
