I wish I could give 0 stars. This company neglected our property in their care. They lost maintenance complaints, didn't inform us of needed repairs, allowed our tenants to suffer a week in Tulsa (in the summer) without air conditioning, and generally failed to communicate with us and our tenants throughout our relationship. Despite admitting neglect, they charged us an additional 2 months of service fees when we exited our agreement.
I tried to contact the leasing agent Glinda Hausam. I was met with extreme rudeness. I simply stated interest in a rental property. Her reply was that she was not interested in talking with someone she didn't know. I found that to be extremely rude since she and her number are listed on Zillow as the contact for leasing. She was not eager or even interested in providing any type of service.
