My son was recommended here by his insurance company. He was given a quote and told that he would be called next day to give an appointment time. It would be nice if people actually answered the phones and returned phone calls. I had an insurance claim sent there to do some repair work on my van. Someone from the shop called my husband. I called back several times, left a voicemail explaining the situation, and no one ever called me back. I called my insurance company and got the claim sent to Norton and Richardson. They called me the next morning and set up an appointment for the following day to get my estimate done.… See more

This shop is amazing. I went to Caliber Collision this year for damage and they had my truck 5 weeks. And the work was crappy. The replacement parts were sub par. I never took the vehicle back for new parts. With John Harris of Summerville, not only does my truck look like it never had the rear end smashed. I will never use John Harris service anymore. They have a nice facility but poor work quality and customer service. (1) John Harris promised my car will be ready within 3 days. After 3 days, I visited John Harris to find they never worked in my car. I got my car after 8 days. (2) They never updated on work progress. I had to chase them to get an answer. Quick, efficient service. The customer service was phenomenal and they give updates along the process of repairing your vehicle.
Cleanest and professional facility hands down, Best product to repair your car back to perfection. JH has an amazing and friendly staff, best of the best work environment. If you want your car done correct, fixed once and back to how your ride should look like nothing ever happened then this is the shop for you. Sure there are other promising shops but the customer service and quality technicians come second to none. We come highly MORE recommended.

My experience in May was issue after issue. Quoted incorrect parts on the estimate, which resulted in the bill being nearly twice the price. took twice as long as estimated. headlight that they replaced didn't work when they said my car was ready. tech tried to say the headlight was off. nope. job took another entire day to install a working headlight. then when I came to get my car, they couldn't find my keys.
