I love JH BBQ. I noticed that One thing that is missing from the John Hardys BBQ story is that after John Hardy died the restaurant and food went downhill . I actually started going to a competing restaurant for awhile.. The food at JH was not true to John Hardy's legacy . But then at some point new ownership came in ( 198? - 199? ) - ( I don't remember the exact time-frame ) but anyway they found a manager who knew BBQ and knew JH BBQ and after that the restaurant got back on track with food that is true to John Hardy with ... read more

Love, love, love the ribs!!!! Oh and the coleslaw!!
Been in town for a week and have eaten there 4 times. have had BBQ all over the U.S. and this some of the best I've had. The wings and nachos are THE best in the business.
