I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. My husband and I have been going to Madeira Chiropractic for approximately 10 years. Both of us suffered from headaches 4 to 5 days a week. We are both now headache free! I have noticed a great improvement in the mobility of my neck. I have also found that I seem to get less colds and viruses than I used to. The staff is friendly and courteous, always greeting you with a smile and by name.
I have been coming for about 6 years, and I could not be more pleased. I firmly believe that I would be bound to a wheelchair by now if I hadn't made the decision to come. Some of the benefits that I have experienced are not having to call in sick at work due to illness (at all) since I began treatment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. Their office was nice and quiet. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, they are so thoughtful .They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I didn't wait long at all. I am very thankful and blessed to receive weekly adjustments. Since I have been coming to Madeira Chiropractic I have hardly been sick and if I do catch a cold etc.. it clears up quickly.
