The staff was friendly and my crown experience was better than expected.
The dental technician was very friendly and did a thorough job with the cleaning. I felt that the use of 3-D imaging to show a 3-D model of your mouth was really cool and of what is going in there. The Dr. Cho was friendly which made the conversation easier to take in and a safe space to ask questions.
No one really likes going to the dentist but Dr Cho and all of his techs and admins do a tremendous job of taking care of you and making the experience as pleasant as possible. Yesterday I had Martha as my hygienists and she was wonderful. She kept conversation flowing during my cleaning and was a joy to chat with. I’ve been coming to this office for 7-8 years and don’t intend to ever change that.
Dr. Cho is truly the best dentist in the Long Beach area. His office and staff are incredible; professional, welcoming, and committed to providing exceptional care.
