As a newer patient, I've had only cleanings, xrays and a consultation so far (no major procedures.) Staff are good-hearted, friendly, respectful people who take their time with you, explain things, and answer any questions you have. They don't push unnecessary procedures on you either. And the dr respects your decisions as well. One staff member actually offered to help me with my flat tire.
