I had an excellent experience getting shoulder surgery with Dr. Costouros. His professionalism and direct guidance was welcome and the overall surgery experience at Stanford was as smooth as one could hope for. My recovery has been smooth and largely pain free. Would (and have) recommend him for anyone in need of shoulder surgery.
