Have seen Dr. Boatwright for over 30 years. I love and trust him. I do get frustrated with the office staff, though, wait times are long, and staff is pleasant but nothing more. I saw 5 different staff members yesterday and not one made any conversation except business, no one made me feel welcome at all. They could use some customer service training.

My appointment was at nine forty five checked in and was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was only ten minutes. I have been a patient of Dr. Boatwright for 22 years in my estimation he is the best.

Very professional staff who did thorough testing and prepared Dr. Boatwright who delivered the news that I had a detached retina.

First of all, the office was complete chaos with not enough seating so elderly people were standing around. The wait time was terrible. Dr Boatwright appeared to be in a hurry and impatient with little bedside manner. He told me that my insurance would not cover the laser cataract surgery, which is not true if he took the time to appeal to them. I went elsewhere and didn’t even need the laser surgery.
