John is by far the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. I have been in the real estate industry for over 16 years and have never seen the quality of work he puts in for his land transactions. We listed 2 separate lots in the Hidden Valley Estates in Loveland and he got one under contract within the first week and the other shortly after. His marketing is top notch.
