Dr. John F. Pohl is a great Doctor but communicating with his Medical assistants is another story. They are hard to hear when you call in it sounds like they put you on a speaker phone and they don't add the notes in the chart from phone conversations. It took 3 days to communicate that my son needed a different form of the medication he is on because of consistency issues that were discussed at the time of the appointment.
