I have been a patient here for over 15 years at this point. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone but yet when I'm there there is always somebody sitting at a desk. I am out of medication. I can't make an appointment because no one answers the phones and no one calls back This is absolutely unacceptable for an office that sees this many people with severe issues. Firstly-To Jill: I came to this clinic, very broken and hopeless. You heard my desperation and so willingly helped me get help. I have been blessed and I thank you. To all of the other staff: for all of the effort, sincerity, devotion, patience and compassion I thank you and I acknowledge it. This clinic has change my life. Best clinic I’ve ever been to.
This place has been so wonderful and helpful I'm forever grateful for Miss Dorcy and Dr ola, and Garret. everyone there can be overworked sometimes due to getting busy a lot but they still take the time to make sure your heard and taken care of. ♥️
