I find Dr. Irving quite personable and through with my meetings with him and explanation of my situation. I also am very impressed with his staff and how they handle thier involvment from start to finish with the procedure.I felt Dr. Irving has my best interests in mind and leaves me with complete confidence.
Dr. Irving was very specific about my hip issues and explained his procedures and thoughts in a manner that was totally understandable. I am very confident in his ability to help me. He also took the time to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered.
I had a full right knee replacement a partial left knee replacement by Dr Irving at St Vincents Medical Center in Bridgeport on Sept. 11, 2023. Dr Irving explained the procedures. He was very professional and had a great beside manor. I followed up with home Pt and then went to Therapy Works in Branford. I am doing well and on target for each week of changes that occur with my therapy.
Dr. Girasole diagnosed and corrected my issue quickly and professionally. Everyone in the office is helpful.
Hopefully you never need hand surgery, but if you do, don’t hesitate to see Dr. Bernstein. I met Dr. Bernstein about 20 years ago after my wife broke her wrist and required a plate. He talked us through the entire procedure, answered all of our questions. The surgery went well and just as importantly, the physical therapy that followed was equally well attended to. Dr Girasole performed a level 2 lumbar fusion. Although 46 yrs old I’ve always felt like 80. 3 months later and i feel youthful, invigorated, and i enjoy doing things i love again. I have my life back.
I have been a patient of Dr. Richard A. Bernstein for approximately 7 months due to a carpel tunnel issue on my right hand. The Branford office personnel were very courteous and friendly. Dr. Bernstein performed the surgery in June, 2023 which went very well with very little discomfort after the surgery. There were pre-op visits for planning purposes as well as post-op visits to follow up on the recovery process. Had a full LH hip replacement performed by Dr Irving at St Vincents Medical Center in July. Dr Irving was very professional, explained the procedure, and did an excellent job performing the hip replacement. Two weeks after surgery my physical therapist said my mobility range was excellent and gave credit to the surgeon. Five weeks after the procedure I was playing golf.
Dr. Gerisole performed lumbar spine fusion surgery in April and I am very pleased with results. I have returned to most normal activities without the discomfort and numbness previously experienced. Great surgeon with great results. Highly Recommend!
