I purchased a 2018 Silverado here five weeks ago. The car is a lemon. It broke down several days after purchase. I have brought it in several times. This last time they let it sit for over a week before working on it and then proceeded to say thats its now outside of warranty and they arent going to fix it. Making the service appointment was a nightmare. Then they called the next day to let me know that they had murky answers, but demanded a very clear amount of money from me. On top of that they attempted to sell me on service items that I had already addressed myself AND had documentation for. The service rep even confessed that it is routine for them to suggest parts replacements if they do not appear to be brand new (in this case it was two air filters)When I spoke with the service manager he had no interest in fixing the p... read more
Worst service experience. Take you service somewhere else. I waited for over an 1 hour for a service technician. I tried to talk to Darlene - "service director" to raise my issue with someone that care about their customers. she dint want to deal with my situation. So, she did not come to meet me. I call her phone number, but honestly crown Toyota doesn't care about your experience.
The salesperson .. I worked with seemed professional and didn't insult my intelligence like many car dealers have done in the past. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Free Car wash and did you know, Crown also gives your car a Free Check up. The check up was to inform me on the current state me car is in and let me know what I should be prepared for in servicing the next time, I come in. The best part was the wait... They use deceptive business practices in new car sales. They add two dealer addons a ceramic paint protection and dent removal service for an additional $2000.00 which is not optional. I don't want it, it has no value for me. It only adds to their profit margin. I strongly suggest going to another dealership.
We brought in our Rav4 for regular service as well as getting a couple of Toyota certified parts installed. Upon exiting the service bay, I caught glimpse from the sunlight our windshield had literally cracked in half nearly side to side. We went back in immediately. It was in perfect shape when we brought it in to be honest. They had pictures to prove it too. Apparently, they discovered a chip outside of the windshield that we had never knew existed before, and they blame it on that. Could they have done it? No proof. That'... read more

We understand this season is hard to buy cars due to chip shortage. We went to this dealer, and placed a $500 deposits on a Prius Prime XLE that still in transit from Japan on June 10th. After one week, on June 17, we were contacted that the car arrived, and we have 24 hours to pickup the car, or otherwise the car will sell to others. My husband went into John Elway's Crown Toyota in Ontario CA on Thursday April 15th, 2021 for scheduled 5,000 mile maintenance. The service department scratched his black rim and split his tire during the time they had control of his vehicle, a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE. My husband went there on the following day, Friday, to bring this to their attention. Tina, the Manager, came out with pictures of my tire saying they could not see any damage and that that photo "proves" they did not commit the damage. She repeated it five time... read more

Unfortunately, customer's concern was reported 24+ hours after vehicle left lot. Crown Toyota cannot honestly assume 100% responsibility. Per customer statement he drove to mall and market after vehicle pick up.
