This place is a joke. I hate going to my appt. every time. First, the parking garage is a mad house and not designed big enough. Then i go see my doctor who asks about my job, not about me or do i have any questions, which i did but never asked because he seemed eager to leave the room.then i had to wait 30 more mins after checking out to see a patient rep who was literally two doors down from the checkout lady, who sent an email to her instead of just getting up and of course the emails and computers went down ao she didnt ... read more
We've been coming here for 9 years with my daughter, who is now grown, and may be coming for several more years. I have nothing but good to say.
My visit was the best. Liked Dr. W. He mAde me feel like he really cared. I do not know if it was real or and act.but I felt the care and concern.
Dr. Erwin and her staff are so attentive and inspiring!
I traveled from Virginia to see Dr. Patel for a second opinion. He and the NeuroMedical Center staff were most professional; I returned home with answers to my questions regarding my lower back issues. I will go back for treatment.
