I am tired of having an illness I have no control over and especially dealing with medical staff that keeps changing the requirements of treatment in order to get a prescription filled. The Neuromedical intentionally passes off blame for lack of communication to cover their mistakes. They blame me for the inability to get a timely appointment, they blame the pharmacist for not receiving RXs they did not submit, and they blame the clinic for being busy. There is a lack of compassion sonce Dr. Eberly and Vickie retired.
Dr fautheree and his staff are the best and I wish them a merry Christmas and a happy New year

Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Dr Bowie is very knowledgeable and the best at what he does, highly recommend. Schedule your appointment ahead of time as he stays very busy.
