Duffy and Ashley explained the treatment well and their encouragement motivated me to work hard to improve my ankle condition. Duffy and Ashley set up my exercises at a pace that was easy to follow and challenging enough for improving my leg strength and ankle flexibility.
John, with his colleagues Ashley and Jadan, helped me to successfully recover from two separate knee replacements within 11 months. The sessions pushed me, which is what I needed. As others have commented, John and Ashley answered questions and fully explained the need and purpose of each exercise. They are excellent hands-on therapists.
Both Duffy and Ashley were involved in my physio therapy and they did an excellent job! They were very involved and available and helped me recover soon.And always available to help with the many questions that i had .

He treated my neck area with stretches, exercises, massage, and tems sessions. He loosened up my neck and I have far greater motion and less pain.
Duffy is a knowledgeable PT and setup my program well. He and Ashley explained the exercises, what they are for and continually checked to make sure I was doing them properly to get the most out of it. I feel that I progressed at a good pace. Duffy, Ashley and Jadan are the best at what they do and they made it enjoyable to go there even though it was a painful rehab. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
John (Duffy) is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, trained and most importantly invested in all his patients. Very personable and always willing to listen. Have a visited many PT clinics but nothing compares to the treatment and care John provides. Thoroughly explains the treatment you will receives and is very “hands on”. His entire team is the benchmark for physical therapy.
John Duffy is an extremely knowledgeable P.T. While he worked w me he would take me to a point in stretching esp that I didnt think possible all the while talking me through it and explaining in detail what he was doing and why. He creatively came up w exercises that pinpointed weaknesses that I really needed to work on. Duffy, as he prefers to be called, has treated me on several occasions over the years and has always done a great job in helping me to heal my issues. He is very professional and considerate when dealing with everyone's particular problem. I would recommend Duffy to everyone in need of physical therapy.
