I was seeing Dr. Disano & his hygienist Nicole for some intensive dental work which would involve many needles of novacaine. I was very nervous about all the needles and braced myself for the pain. Dr. John started doing some "prep work" for a few minutes and then began to leave the room. I asked what about the needles and he replied that he was done with them and I was all set. I couldn't believe it!! I never felt anything!! He explained his technique & now I have no more fear of needles !!

A totally positive experience. I heard about Dr. John and saw him as a new patient. Was greeted by a friendly & inviting staff with a wait time under 10 minutes. Not only was it the best cleaning I have had, Dr. John took the time to listen to my concerns, spent time scrutinizing my full mouth xrays and explained in detail all he found. And, during my exam he let me know what he was finding. My next appointment is scheduled. I recommend the office to all.

I will not go to any other dental office. The care I’ve received at Dr. Disano’s office is, by far, the best I have had. I can honestly say that I have not had one uncomfortable experience at Dr. John’s office. Nicole, my hygienist, gives the best cleanings without causing any kind of pain or discomfort and Dr. John prepped my teeth and filled them before I even knew what happened. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly; they really care about their patients and the work they do there

I have found Dr. DiSano to be extremely efficient in every way. He appears to take great pride in his work and my satisfaction as his patient with the procedures he has performed. Though he has a cozy small town office in Wakefield, the office is equipped with up-to-date technology. He instructs his assistance to make follow up calls several days after appointments to "check in" on how I'm doing. Much appreciated.

Dr John did an amazing job on some fillings I recently had done. He took his time, explained everything, and let me choose between white (which I chose), or metal/silver fillings. I liked having the option to pick what type of filling, and the receptionist let me know the fees associated ahead of time which was nice. The office is clean and the staff is wonderful. He also made me teeth bleaching trays and my teeth look great!

I am a newer patient of Dr.Johns, and needed to have some cavities filled. I have always been afraid of the dentist in the past, but not after my visit with Dr.John! He gave me a PAINLESS shot to get me numb (which I was the most nervous about). I had two white fillings done, and they look and feel great!! I have to have a few more done, but now I'm not so scared anymore. Also, the ladies at the desk worked out my insurance ahead of time so I knew what my copay would be! Best experience yet!
