Dr. John DeCaro is very patient, detail oriented and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to all my concerns and then explained me all the options, pros and cons associated to each option. I would HIGHLY recommend him
Should have read reviews before going. Only competent kind person in office was Brenda. Dr DeCaro was impatient, arrogant, condescending, and rude. Most insensitive incompetent dr I’ve ever met! He said that bladder pain is not urological. What?!? I pressed him to at least look into issue.He stated since 95% chance cystoscopy would not show anything, why would I want to do anything so invasive for no reason. Can’t speak on the quality of the medical care here, but the office practices are horrific. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment, drove 2 hours through heavy rain to my appointment from the Jersey Shore, hit flooding and associated traffic on my drive there which was going to potentially make me 10 minutes late according to GPS. I gave a courtesy call to explain the situation and the receptionist said she’d have to check with the dr if he could still see me. I was met with an answer of “no”. Seriously?
