Very ,cold ,disrespectful and rude ,negletful of dental work and dishonest would not recommend this dentist and associates to anyone if they want to keep there teeth and self respect!

Yes, they seemed very qualified Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

No, I was always attended to Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
