I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Definitely not, I almost choked Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes, I was definitely uncomfortable Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute
