We’ve taken two kids to this office. The doctor is incredible, he made them feel so comfortable and talked them through every step (they were both pretty anxious before we arrived) and the procedure was done so well. Great staff and customer service.
The practice of asking for cash (not a check) to avoid the 10% surcharge seems a bit tacky. The basic problem is that patients who do not have insurance are subsidizing those who do, because insurance companies get a deeper discount, I suspect.
Everyone treated me very Kind and answer all my questions
The only thing I was not happy with was the insurance office personnel. I did call a lot. I had a lot of questions and was fighting my insurance company to pay for what my plan said it would pay. I got passed off from one person to another and once I called and let a message and got a "not so nice" reply from Heather..."You are supposed to be talking to Julie but for some reason you keep wanting to talk to me!" The only thing I would have changed is to have done the extraction under conscious sedation. I also declined to get a narcotic prescription(thinking the pain wouldn’t be so bad) but the pain and swelling lasted several days and I regretted not accepting it. Otherwise, the doctor and staff were great.
Tooth removal was painless excellent job the process was explained everything went just as planed. Great followup from DDS.
Amazing I love this place great people they make you feel very comfortable.
Dr. Tingey and staff were excellent. They made me feel very comfortable and informed prior to procedure. I had no anxiety and the procedure was quick and painless and I am healing up well. Would definitely recommend Dr. Tingey and his staff to all my friends and family.
