Very impressed with Dr Gagnon. He was communicative, knowledgeable and I really felt like he cared about the situation and not just another page in the book. The office staff is pleasant and the office itself is well presented.
I as very pleased with Dr. Tingey and the care I received. He explained every part of the procedure and took the time to answer all of my questions.
I was treated well and the service was excellent. Any delay was explained clearly and I was given their opinion before proceeding, so the decision to get the biopsy was clearly my own.
Everyone was friendly, respectful as well as informative.
Dr. Tingey was very attentive to me while in his office. After he performed a procedure and I had left his office he called to check on me. I have had a nurse call but I have never had the doctor call. I was impressed.
