The experience I had with this office was wonderful. I felt very well taken cared of. The staff were all very thoughtful and nice. Dr Tingey was very considerate of me and did an amazing job. I will definitely return as needed. I would truly recommend this office for any dental needs.
Saw Dr Tingey for the first time in the trauma unit. It was late at night and surgery took two and a half longer than expected because of extensive damage. He took his time, explained everything clearly and even offered his cell phone number if we had additional questions. The best bed side manner.
My office visit was great . The staff is wonderful to work with. Dr. Tingey is very good and professional and I really appreciate it that he explains everything that they will do. He also has taken care of my daughter in the past with no problems.
I have never felt this comfortable at a dentist. You answered all my questions and gave me a total run down of the whole process not just bits of it. I would really like it if you could be my regular dentist, not just a specialist. Lots of dentists could learn from you on how to be an exceptional dentist with a warm and really caring manner. And that is really important when a person is spending a substantial amount of money. You have a very warm and carrying environment.
Absolutely fine service. Cindy was so attentive while we waited for numbing agent to kick in. Dr. Tingey is a fine man; miserable tho the treatment was he was always reassuring, always gentle. And the girl at the check out station (whose name I do not remember) was so kind and patient.
was a great visit , the doctor was very informative . The only issue i have and i am sure it was just overlooked is that i was told i would have a treatment plan e-mailed to me and have yet to receive that information could be held up due to insurance ?
The office was very neat and clean. All of the staff were very polite and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Tingey was very thorough and professional and called to check on me at home after surgery since i am diabetic and he wanted to be sure there were no complications.
I was truly impressed with the all the staff. Especially the dental assistant. I had a very tough procedure, and while I felt little to no pain, I began to tremble in the chair. The assistant began rubbing my shoulder and continued to tell me I was doing great. I have never had that kind of attention while at the dentist. and to top it off, The Dentist actually called me at about 8:00pm on his own time to check on me. INCREDIBLE!!!!!
They got us in for an appointment very fast, was very pleasant. Communication on time running behind would have been nice.
