I was so happy that Dr. Love recommended your office. Wonderful front desk staff, no waiting, and just a great appointment. Dr. Tingey and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure I would understand my treatment plan and the cost. I was very happy with my appointment.
Very personable staff made me feel welcome. Dr. Tingy took time with me to discuss options. The time to look at my situation was excellent and gave me better understanding of my options.
The staff was very friendly and helpful during my visit and Dr. Tingey was especially supportive and informative. He gave me the right information to help me make a decision about my dental health.
Dr. Tingey was very easy going and warm which was a large comfort for me. He step by step explained everything that was going to be done and in terms I could understand. He was very assuring that my ease and comfort was foremost and his kind attitude did so much to negate any worries or concerns I had about the procedure. His assistant was just as calm and friendly which goes a long ways to help reduce stress for someone who doesn't know quite what to expect. Dr. Tingy more than likely the only person pulling my teeth period. I was very impressed with his style and chairside manner.
Dental assistant and Dentist were friendly which helped me be a little more relaxed. They kept me informed on what was happening while my tooth was being pulled. I have had very little pain and no swelling after having the tooth removed.
