From the professional yet warm service at the front desk to the excellent care provided by Dr. Chao, even the unpleasant experience of having a toenail removed was made as comfortable as possible. This is honestly the best run medical office I’ve ever been to. Every person on the staff is efficient, helpful, courteous and kind. From the front office, to the PAs, to the X-ray techs, to the doctors. I could not have had a better experience. Hats off to the office management. Y'all need to create a training course on how it’s supposed to be done!
