He is smart and thorough. As a fellow physician he is whom I recommend my family members go to.
He is always out of the office when I need him. He has a very rude staff. His office misdiagnosed me while he was away and sent me to another office for a exam I didn't need. He didn't take responsibility for it and terminated me as his patient instead of apologizing and making it right.
Dr. Carstensen takes the time to really listen to me. He is patient, informs me of options that may be available to me, and provides me with ample information so that I can make an informed decision. He displays no egotism, even though he could (he has dual degrees in medicine and aerospace engineering!). He's just very amiable and approachable. Love him!
