He's uninformed about most health issues I've dealt with, and has failed to offer effective treatment or useful diagnoses. It's apparent that he cares to a certain extent, and is willing to listen. But he consistently prescribed me incorrect dosages, medications that were ineffective, and failed to offer referrals when needed and requested. He's rarely available, and even more rarely helpful.
Been going to him for a few yrs now, no regrets!! I had a issue once and he fixed it. Anything I ever need Medically or questions and help is answered the same day and taking care of immediately.
He's the best.

Well, I thinkg the world of Dr. Carstensen. He is a good man. He has helped me a lot and there was never a time that I had to wait long. I am going to miss him because I moved away and needed a caregiver closer to me. The staff has always been very friendly, kind, and helpful. Thanks to you all
He is smart and thorough. As a fellow physician he is whom I recommend my family members go to.
