Stress test was a breeze because Dr Canales AND his staff are courteous, professional and most importantly truly looking for what's best for you.
He is a wonderful Dr. and more over very knowledgeable. He is very in tune with his patience and his practice. Read about him. You will have a good understanding then about him.
Professional, with a very down to earth & friendly manner. My 1st appt with Dr. Canales was the day before my knee surgery. All of a sudden the hospital said they needed a release from a Cardiologist before they could perform the surgery. This was all very last minute & could have ended up in my surgery being delayed. I called around & was getting no where. No one could see me that day. His office understood my situation & scheduled an appt for me that very afternoon. The staff is very helpful and friendly. As I was being led back to the waiting room Dr. Canales went out of his way to shake hands with me. The office had more of a home feeling rather than an office.
I was at the office on a day with hospital and clinic emergencies. The staff was excellent at maintaining a calm and professional office experience with apologies to the patients waiting and the reassurance that Dr. Canales would spend as much time as needed for each patient and their health needs. I was a new patient that day and indeed when we saw the doctor we did not feel rushed and all of our questions and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner.. Recommend him highly.
He takes his time with his patients and explains everything in a language you can understand.
Dr. Canales was great, talk to me like like I was a human being, very easy to talk to. My visit was excellent.
I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Canales, but have found him through, caring and understanding. His staff are all really great.
Annual checkup. Problem with blood pressure being too high. Everyone from receptionist to check out was most.courteous
