I have been living in one of the apartments managed by John C. r. Kelly for about 2 and 1/2 years. The complex I live I is well kept. When lights are out on the building, within 24 hours the lights are replaced. Now that the winter season is upon is the sidewalks and driveway are cleared and salted before 6:00am. Horrible business!! It took 3 years to fix the air conditioner. The maintenance man tears up flowers and cuts down my POTTED plants, and then leaves all the trash in the yard( I have pictures). He has broke my solar lights and the landlord will do nothing about it. We had to fix our own back door because no one would come fix it. The walls are cracking and falling apart. This is the first time I've written a review for anything. After touring an apartment with Patrick from J CR Kelly Realty, I understand why their reviews are so awful. Patrick was rude, defensive, and just out right arrogant. It's actually comical to me that someone could act in such a way when they're trying to convince a person of leasing their apartment.
