The ER was horrible. I was ignored for hours, when I had to throw up my nurse couldn't be found so another team member threw a barf bag on my bed said nothing and shut the door. I was in DYER need of headache meds. Tylenol wasn't cutting it. They couldn't give me any other pain meds without a Dr order yet they could give me ambien, and nausea Meds with no issue. The many times my husband or I have been there we have always had excellent service from caring professionals. Yesterday being referred there by urgent care the emergency room was packed. We thought on no it will be hours. Surprisingly it was only a few minutes before he was being treated and was able to go home about 3 hours later. Thanks to all of the health care providers.

Worst experience in an ER ever. Went in with a head injury from a car accident that has now given me a headache for 3 solid days, going on 4. Had xrays and a CT scan. Waited 1.5 hrs and asked what we could do for pain since my vision was blurry and had shooting pain on side where my head hit the window. 3 hours later, nurse shows up with discharge papers. No explanation, no diagnosis. 7 hours of my life I could have spent at home, in pain, but comfortable in my own bed. I'd give negative stars if I could.
Sister went into er and they were rude from start. She is now in their ICU and they are not much better. They are wanting to get her out before knowing what's going on.
My sister passed away a few days ago at your hospital. Your amazing ER staff worked tirelessly to save her, even continuing CPR for an extended period of time in effort to wait for me to get there to say goodbye. Our family was met with nothing but compassion and kindness during an unimaginable tragedy. The nurses cried with us and comforted us like family would. Most of the night is a blur, but that, we will never forget. I wish I could thank each of the staff by name.
My brother suffers from serious atrial fibrillation. The hospital has canceled his heart ablation surgery twice in the past three weeks due to "equipment problems." This is having a very negative impact on his physical health, to say nothing of the stress of anticipating surgery, and then having it postponed. He has had to go to the ER several times to try to regulate the A-Fib. I think John C Lincoln North has a callous and indifferent attitude toward my brother's well-being.
