I had a good experience. The lab tech who drew my blood was awesome. My nurses were very attentivr and sweet. I felt safe and well cared for.
Always the best. Great lab personel. Admitting is fast and efficient, even with slow computers. Radiology techs are fast and professional.
The nurses are rude, no one will give us any information. We have been here for 5+ hours waiting for an ultrasound result. A nurse came in after 5 hours of waiting and told us she needed a urine test that will take another 45 minutes that was scheduled when she got in but the nurse forgot about. The doctor won't see us until all results are in. We've seen several nurses who aren't even our scheduled nurse so they can't answer any of our questions! My brother had emergency surgery here on Sunday. From the time we got here your employees have done a great job..pct: Dominique, Vilma have really been a great help to us they get 5 stars from Us...the Rn's : Judy, patty, Angela, Milreader....are great at there job 5 stars for a great job....
I'm sure time of day played a part, but regardless, check-in was prompt, initial exam nearly immediate...3-5 mins wait prior to being taken back to ER. Rec immediate interview and attention. Within 5 min's, talked to ER DR. Very pleasant, genuine and interested. Assessed my situation, requested the testing needed, went over results....gave me scripts to get me by until I could see a Specialist. Very high marks....
The staff is sweet and very kind. They were right there when I needed them.
Absolutely the BEST hospital, hands down. The doctors and nurses here actually take the time to explain things to you and care about you. It's very clean and the staff are professional. I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone.
