The reminders sent about the upcoming appointments were timely and succinct. Once in the surgery department the progress from sign in to actual surgery was very easy. Total professionalism within the complete staff. From pre exams, to the Doctors, to accounting! Prompt appointments and always with a smile. I've already suggested Dr. John Kunesh to friends. My cataract surgery with implants for my astigmatism was a complete success. 20 20 in both eyes. No glasses after 30 years in bifocals. What's not to love. Dr. Kunesh was amazing.
He listens to what you have to say and then answers your questions in the term you understand. He makes you feel better and you relax more. I have shared his name and place of work to many people.
From the moment I walked into the busy, bustling office, I was greeted with care and kindness by all. There was a sense of strong, cooperative community. The office reminds me of a finely timed watch, with all the pieces moving in synch to provide outstanding care to all patients. Dr. Kunesh is, in one word, wonderful. He is extremely professional and has a calm approach. He is reliable snd trustworthy.; he is detailed oriented. When I needed to reach him outside of office hours, he responded immediately. The entire staff worked well together as a team and treated me kindly. I was nervous about having cataract surgery, but with Dr. Kunesh in the lead, it was a positive experience. I have never seen better! I love my “new eyes”!
I have gone to Kunesh for annual eye exams throughout the years. All the Kunesh staff are well organized, friendly & knowledgeable doing their specific tasks. From the receptionists & schedulers to the many assistants and finally to Dr. John's surgical team -- all were super! They all work as a very cohesive team each time I have been there.
