My experiences with Dr. Kofoed have resulted in great respect for his knowledge and professionalism. I have a knee issue which is somewhat mysterious. He has gone to great lengths to find a solution for my challenge and I expect it will get uncovered. It is very comforting to have a doctor where each challenge is looked at with confidence.
Experience counts. Dr. Kofoed has listened to and responded to all my questions about aging musculoskeletal changes. He has made detailed assessment over time, with targeted follow-up imaging, to arrive at a surgery recommendation. I have confidence that, as the saying goes, it ain't his first rodeo.
Always a pleasant experience. I've been going to him for 16 years and even after I have moved 2 hours away, I still see him for my orthopedic needs.
Dr. Kofoed went over the details of my knee including the x-ray and suggested options. He was very thorough and discussed the outcome of the procedure we agreed on.
