I’ve had numerous knee surgeries and have experienced several surgeons. Dr Grady-Benson was the first surgeon to personally call me at home before the surgery, he also came to my room in the hospital and he call me again to follow up two weeks after surgery. No surgery is fun but it’s comforting to know that he cares about you as an individual. I did my research of hip replacement surgeons between New York and Boston. His name came up on a regular bases, so I went with him and I’m glad I did

Dr. John Grady-Benson is an exceptional, highly skilled and very compassionate physician. The level of interest he displays toward patients and their families is extraordinary! His staff lives up to the same standards. Two successful knee replacements at CJRI and an earlier experience with Dr. Grady-Benson when he was part of the trauma team at Hartford Hospital that saved our daughter's life, have made us very big fans of this special man. We highly recommend him and the entire CJRI team!

A knowledgeable, very compassionate, and caring doctor ............ spends lots of time with patients.. I never felt rushed......... i give him my absolute highest rating. It would be a better world if there were more doctors just like him! Also, he has a top notch, very efficient and caring staff...................
