My brother had his knee done 7 years ago by Dr Grady-Benson and recommended him for my hip replacement. He has the perfect bedside manner, going over the process from start to finish and making sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. My hip replacement was a great success! I had pain just sitting in a chair or laying in bed, and now I'm pain free, and that's great for someone 73 yrs old. If you need hip or knee he's the doctor to get.
Dr. Grady-Benson asked about me and what I was looking for to resolve my left knee pain. He explained it in mechanical terms which I use every day. We went over options and total knee replacement made sense. His staff is top notch along with the staff from the bone and joint institute.
Dr. Grady-Benson was quick to determine my problem and formulated an action plan to return me to my normal self. He explained the process to me and played out a time line for a typical recovery. His staff and online recovery exercise videos make a huge difference in my recovery. He is the go-to guy for hip replacement.
Dr. Grady-Benson has replaced both of my hips and, recently, my left knee. All of my recoveries went well and I attribute this to Dr.Grady-Benson’s expertise. He is a wonderful, caring surgeon who spends time with his patients and I am so thankful he performed my surgeries.

Knowledge, procedures, office staff, assistant Mike Cremmins, and Dr. Grady's surgical prowess are all five star plus. After two total knees replacements and fractured femur by one of his appointees (Dr. Chris MacCarthy) he is still five plus stars.
Dr. Grady-Benson replaced both of my knees within exactly a year of one another. He was exceptionally kind, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He took the time to thoroughly explain the surgery, what to expect post-op, to talk to my wife and to call to check up on me once I went home. The use of Force Therapeutics to guide exercises and progress was very helpful. I am quite confident in saying that there is no one better than Dr. Grady-Benson.
Had a hip and knee replacement, both done within a year plus a day. If another replacement needed, I would agree only if by Dr G-B. And he has the best office staff possible ……. a great team to be a patient of.
Dr. Grady-Benson and his team were very helpful and informative all through this process. The nurses and other hospital staff were very professional and caring following surgery. The online exercise instructions were easy to follow and worked well.
