Dr. Grady-Benson replaced both of my knees within exactly a year of one another. He was exceptionally kind, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He took the time to thoroughly explain the surgery, what to expect post-op, to talk to my wife and to call to check up on me once I went home. The use of Force Therapeutics to guide exercises and progress was very helpful. I am quite confident in saying that there is no one better than Dr. Grady-Benson.
I had several herniated discs and seen several mds, chiropractors etc..I was reluctant to have surgery, Dr. Memmo reassured me that he could provide me relief without surgery and he did!! Highly recommend
Run away and find a different doctor! He was very fast talking and was just trying to get to the next patient. He said he was going to order an MRI. I had to call them for weeks just to try to get them to actually order the MRI. When the insurance denied it, the office never called me back to tell me. I had to call them several times to see if they were going to schedule a peer to peer. They said they were going to but that was 3 months ago. Now the billing called me for a 40 copay. Had a hip and knee replacement, both done within a year plus a day. If another replacement needed, I would agree only if by Dr G-B. And he has the best office staff possible ……. a great team to be a patient of.
Dr. Grady-Benson and his team were very helpful and informative all through this process. The nurses and other hospital staff were very professional and caring following surgery. The online exercise instructions were easy to follow and worked well.
I have a chronic lumbar injury affecting my sacral nerve and was referred to Dr Memo for a cortisone shot (ordered by my orthosurgeon and approved by my neurosurgeon) prior to scheduling surgery. Upon arriving to this appointment, I was first refused my cortisone shot by Dr Memmo, then he proceeded to tell me that i did not need the discectomy my ortho&neurosurgeons both recommended - I instead required a spinal fusion. Dr. Grady Benson is an excellent surgeon. He also is very good about explaining things in detail and taking time with you during office visits.
Dr. Sullivan operated on my bunionette 20 years ago, and it went smoothly. I returned to him for a bunionectomy on my big toe. His staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They even lied to me. Regretted my return to him and ended up with another surgeon.
