We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom sink. Technician came out twice. First time after 10 min he determined that he needs to do the repair from the bottom. Second time he came out, cut the ceiling in the kitchen, looked and said he can’t do it and they will send an estimator to price the repair. He spent 30 min total. Appointment was maid for estimator, but no one showed up. They forgot to schedule one. If I could give a negative 0 I absolutely would! I set up an appointment with an agent, Lacey (the best thing going for this company), and based on our discussion and the information provided set up a time window of 8-12. Received the confirmation text and prepared for arrival the next day. At 12:15pm I called after no contact and no technician. I was told there was miscommunication and it would be early afternoon. Gouging prices. The prices used to be halfway decent until a recent visit for a dripping bathroom faucet. The representative made no reference to a service charge, but the plumber insisted on $179 just for showing up. $179 for under 10 minutes of time?! He's not a high-end lawyer! The company called back the next day to price out the work necessary to replace the faucet, siting the faucet can't simply be fixed. Suddenly this job, along with a $250 estimate to snake the drain out, came to over $1100!! This kind of abuse to ov... read more

Waited all day was told they would be here between 8am t0 12. Got a call saying they would arrive a little after 12:30pm. Saw a missed call and returned the call, Mark said the plumbers were outside my house, but I did not answer the phone. I was in the house waiting on them and they could not get out of there truck and ring my doorbell. Wondering why they even came by to give an estimate if they weren't going to come do the work.

In May 2014 I paid $8,000 for a new heat pump/air cond system. For the second time, there's been a problem. Flood fixed it the first time without charge since it was within one year. This time (2 days ago) the defrost control board had to be replaced. The part was covered be the warranty, but Flood wanted to charge me $495 for the labor. I complained and they required me to pay $400. I find this incredibly excessive, given the initial cost and the fact that I've been accustomed for many years.
