Skeptical company. Very much a mediocre carpet company. Well medicated sales people and a untrust worthy scamming Owner. The carpet samples that are shown from Empire Today are selected by customers and when installers pick carpet up its a lesser quality and cheaper material.
I called John Brown Carpet trying to find Mohawk Wood and laminate floor cleaner. I had already called 6 flooring companies with no success. Mr. Brown offered to order a case and sell me a gallon. I had previously ordered it online, and the shipping cost was prohibitive. Not only did he charge me the same amount I had paid on the internet, he did not charge for shipping and delivered it to my door.
