I used Dr. Cheatham because he bought the business from my previous eye doctor. I had used Dr. Robert Vincent for many years. Last year my glasses didn't work right and had to be redone. The staff was very rude about it but Dr. Cheatham was very kind. The same thing happened again this year. The staff was extremely rude but Dr. Cheatham corrected them, so I thought. After wearing them, I found they weren't right but I couldn't deal with the very rude staff so took them back....I give up!!
