I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting Did this provider have bad breath? Yes! Serious case of halitosis
