I love everything about this office. Kindest, most caring whole health center I've ever been lucky enough to experience. The staff here brought me back from deaths door stood me on my own feet and stayed alongside me until I could myself. There is no comparison, these people aren't just doctors, they're healers.
All the staff are very helpful. They truly do care & are not judgemental like alot of Ppl! They make sure u can get to ur appts! I couldn't get there one day & they got me an Uber!! They follow up & make sure ur ok. They have alot of resources for ppl in need! I recommend John Bell to anyone!! I've sent many ppl there & will continue to!! They no longer help with Rent Rebate applications. I've had a hard time getting them on the phone and left several messages I've never had this issue I'm the past.
The John Bell health center is professional, convenient, compassionate I myself am not a client there but my husband is and the only complaint he ever has is refills on his medication like they have the halo app but sometimes it's just like do they even look at it because a lot of his meds that he cannot be off of our usually late every month but other than that it is a great practice at John Bell center I myself wish I could be a client but due to insurance I cannot so until I get my dental work taking care of I cannot swit... read more
