John, Chuck, Silvia, Sharon and his team were horrible. He left our home unlocked, put many large boxes of stuff ordered by the buyers into the house before the closing and without asking our permission. He also knew that the buyers purchased a lot of the staging furniture and left it in the house without asking us. He also represented both sides of the sale without proper disclosure and without any reduction of commission, in violation of what he told us and industry practice.
