Unbelievably unresponsive management company. Everything from the drawn out application process that cost me about half a percent on interest, to their garage wait list, and simply getting the buildings by laws takes forever. Getting any sort of response from them requires at least three emails and follow *** to different contacts.
This people charged $575 dollar non refundable neither i got the apartment nor place to stay i had provided them every document they asked for.I had paid them $575 for background check and credit report neither of the activity were performed and i was been left with no clue whats going on after enquiring came to know this place is nothing but a racist ground who doesn't entertain asians and CAB drivers.beware of this people i had loss 575 dollars my hard earned money i pray to god vanish them and their cruel business.

Please tell your building's board never to hire this discriminatory company! The neighbor of the apartment downstairs has kept knocked her ceiling (my floor) in the past years, I have sent dozens of emails to the building manager but he has never responded my email. Now it's 10:04am, the neighbor knocked the ceiling at 9:40am maliciously over 5 times within 5 seconds, I have told them many times this has disturbed my children and my family, but they have never responded any of my email.
