FYI - This doctor does not accept ANY insurance anymore as of 11/01/2013. Cash only, $200 to $300 per visit. I thought he was my doctor, but I guess not since I didn't even get a letter notifying me of this. But hey, who cares about the patients? You got yours, right doc? Good thing you took that oath! Sickening.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
