No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Is this business in a safe neighborhood? I had the worst experience at this Surgeon's. It costed me over $1400 to get my wisdom teeth removed. I ended up getting dry sockets, and had to go back atleast 4 times after. When I would call after hours, Dr. Bassett was very rude, and seemed to care nothing about my pain. A year later I was sent to collections over one missed payment. I never received the invoice, so I did not mail the payment, and I was not given a warning. The office women was very rude, and seemed to care nothing about it.

After accessing this web site I read the first review for Dr. Bassett with a high degree of incredulity. Both my kids have used the professional services of Dr. Bassett and the experience was totally opposite of what I read. The entire staff was professional and showed a sense of humor. The facilities were first rate and both the consults and the procedures were professionally completed. John Basset and his staff are the worst mannered people I have ever come into contact with in my entire life. I would love to know why they decided to enter the health care field seeing how they have absolutley no people skills. Upon meeting the staff for the first time I was treated with haste and actual borderline physical abuse. The nurse (if we can even refer to her as this) was so agressive.
