This office was a horrible experience from the moment we walked in. They were so rude. Then when we were in the office and Mr Bassett came in, he touched all sorts of things including his computer and then went right for my daughter's mouth. Put his hands all over her mouth and never put on gloves or even washed his hands. I told my insurance company I wouldn't even pay for the visit it was so awful.

the got me in very quickly. they offer great payment plans. everyone seems very friendly from the doctor to the people at the desk. they were very understanding about my fear of having teeth pulled and offered me the option of general anesthesia for a very reasonable price. i was actually happy to pay them knowing that they were happy to work with me financially. i really hate teeth but when you cannot avoid it, this is the place to go.
Dr. Bassett has got to be the best doctor I've ever had. He extracted ten of my teeth when I was eleven years old, and couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating for me at such a young age. Now, at the age of eighteen, I've had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Bassett once again, this time for the extraction of four wisdom teeth. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
